What is your guarantee?
Your brand's reputation is our priority. If there is ever an error in print accuracy, color differences, or placement that you requested, we will immediately reproduce anything that is not perfect. No questions asked.
Is there a minimum order size?
We offer no minimums on DTG prints and offer sample pricing for any item that you may need. We know how important it is to see what you will be receiving before placing larger orders.
Can I see a mockup?
We never print blind. You will receive a high-res PDF mockup detailing exact colors & styles your approval. Physical pre-production samples can also be arranged for high volume orders.
What is your typical turn around time?
Our standard turnaround time is typically 5-10 business days from the moment your design proof is approved and your invoice is paid. If you have an upcoming event, product launch, or tight deadline, let us know early so we can accommodate.
